Responsibilities of the
Lab Technician:
Collects and prepares sample of raw materials, and finished products for testing Perform FOSS tests for fat, protein, & solid content Perform Kohman test on finished product as needed Perform hourly tests for the composition of the product Check, Scan, and email all product paperwork results to plant management Maintain the lab in a clean and hygienic condition Calibrate PH meters throughout the plant Enter all test results accurately into computer system Perform tasks quickly and efficiently Work independently and as part of a team Other duties as assigned Requirements of the
Lab Technician:
Basic understand of Biology and Chemistry required Related experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Physically able to stand for long periods of time Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Compensation and Hours of the
Lab Technician:
Starting Pay is $23/hour (Raises after 90 days!) Can be more with experience! Must have open availability and be able to work weekends 5:00 am- 5:00 pm Week 1: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun Benefits include but not limited to: Great health and dental insurance after 600 hours!! 401 K, 5% Match $2000 sign on bonus 5 day vacation pay as soon as at 90 day, 10 days vacation pay at 1 year, 15 days at 3 years!!
