On-site in Phenix City, AL Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description In this position, you will play a key role in preparing vacant residential units for their next residents. As a Turnkey Specialist, you will complete minor repairs, assist with painting and touch-ups, check appliances, and help ensure units are clean, functional, and ready for move-in . Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize assignments will help each unit meet property quality standards and preparation deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Complete minor drywall, flooring, and baseboard repairs Repair or replace latches, hinges, shelving, mirrors, and closet components Assist with repairs or replacement of ceiling fans, electrical outlets, and stair components as assigned and within your qualifications Check appliances for proper operation and report issues to the Service Supervisor Prepare surfaces and assist with painting and touch-ups Identify and report maintenance concerns that require additional attention Prioritize assigned tasks to meet unit preparation deadlines Help ensure residential units are ready for move-in and meet property quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to work at a steady pace, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines Ability to work the designated Monday
