This energetic role involves delivering, installing, and ensuring the proper setup of furniture in residential or commercial settings. You'll thrive on providing exceptional customer service, navigating routes efficiently, and handling a variety of equipment to make every delivery seamless and satisfying. Duties Safely operate a 26ft box truck Load and unload furniture using manual lifting techniques, ensuring secure handling of goods. Deliver furniture to designated locations promptly, following optimized route plans for efficiency. Deliver and install , furniture, and large household items. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during delivery and installation. Ensure all items are delivered damage-free. Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management and product staging when necessary. Perform room-of-choice delivery and basic setups. Skills Experience with appliance or furniture delivery is a plus. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift 75-150 lbs with a helper. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading goods using forklifts or pallet jacks. Ability to operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle with manual transmission proficiency. Ability to follow detailed instructions for product installation while maintaining attention to detail.
