Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday, every other Friday | No Weekends | 9/80 Schedule Looking for a stable manufacturing job with a great schedule? JIMS Machining is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join our manufacturing team in Camarillo, California. We work a 9/80 schedule , giving you a three-day weekend every other week while still working a full 80 hours over two weeks.

Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM-4:30 PM Every other

7:00 AM-3:30 PM Every other

OFF! No weekends Full-time day shift What You'll Be Doing As a Deburr Technician, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing process. You'll work with machined components and make sure finished parts meet our quality standards by carefully removing burrs, sharp edges, and unwanted material. This is primarily a hands-on position. Much of your day will be spent handling individual machined parts and using specialized hand deburring tools and equipment. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with their hands and doing precise, detailed work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Deburring machined parts using specialized hand tools and deburring equipment Removing burrs and sharp edges from precision-machined components Setting up and operating various deburring equipment Reading and following job travelers and work instructions Visually inspecting parts before and after operations Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Working closely with the manufacturing team to keep production moving The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the small details matter.

Dependable and reliable Self-directed and able to stay productive without constant supervision Detail-oriented and quality-minded Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work Enjoy working with their hands and using hand tools Possess good hand-eye coordination Comfortable reading and following instructions and blueprints Mechanically inclined and willing to learn A team player with a positive attitude Previous deburring, grinding, manufacturing, or machine-shop experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn.
