This role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor rotary die-cutting, strip-cutting, and punching machinery. Set up machinery and ensure all necessary materials are available. Conduct production, inspection, and packaging tasks. Identify and report non-conforming materials or finished products. Assist production and warehouse staff as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all established safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Must have experience operating material converting machinery (rotary die cutting, strip-cutting, punching, etc.) in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work accurately with both Imperial and Metric measurements. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and technical drawings. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift. Team-oriented and self-directed with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.). Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Pay & Schedule:

$35.00 Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
