Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of burn table machine ability, plasma cutting & able to read blueprints accurately. Duties Operate burn table machines, and laser cutting equipment to produce precision parts. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accurate dimensions. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute production tasks effectively. Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality control. Safely operate cranes for material handling as needed. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Strong knowledge of machining processes, including CNC operation, milling, and laser cutting. Familiarity with GD&T standards and tooling practices. Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers. Ability to operate cranes safely in a manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
