Experience Requirements 1-3 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing, machining, or high-tech production environment preferred. Experience reading blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications. Proficiency using Windows-based computer systems. Experience monitoring equipment performance and identifying maintenance needs. Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production priorities. Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to load fixtures and make process adjustments. Experience supporting process improvements and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
