In this role, you will operate and maintain various manufacturing machinery, including CNC laser cutters, CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, press brakes, stamping presses, and welding equipment. Your expertise will ensure precision fabrication of metal components while adhering to strict safety standards and quality control protocols. Responsibilities Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing machinery such as CNC laser cutting systems, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, grinders, press brakes, stamping presses, and welding stations Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts and assemblies Perform precision measurements using measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality specifications Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Follow safety protocols diligently during machine operation and material handling Utilize shop math for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments to maintain high standards of quality Assist in tooling setup, machine calibration, and process optimization for metal fabrication tasks Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC laser cutters, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, grinders, or press brakes Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times Basic math skills necessary for shop calculations and measurement verification Ability to work with hand tools, tooling setups, and forming machines effectively Prior experience with welding techniques and sheet metal fabrication is a plus Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing by bringing your skills to a team that values precision, safety, and innovation.
