Schedule:

Monday-Friday / 1:00 PM-9:30 PM Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed A printing company in Vernon is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to operate a guillotine cutter and ensure materials are accurately cut according to job specifications. The ideal candidate has mechanical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust guillotine cutting machines Load, align, and prepare materials for cutting Set machine speeds, blade positions, and pressure as needed Measure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Sort nonconforming products Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance Assist with organizing and storing materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, hygiene, and production procedures Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have 2 years of experience with Die Cutting Machines Previous cutter/guillotine operator experience preferred Mechanical skills and strong attention to detail Ability to use a ruler and accurately measure materials Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to follow written instructions and job specifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to understand and communicate directions in English Must wear safety glasses and steel-toe shoes Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed Apply Today!
