AB_4986787 We are seeking a Grinding Machine Operator to join our fast-paced, growing precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the production of high-precision ceramic and metal components. (2nd Shift is a priority for this role) 1st Shift available salary: $45,000 - $58,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 1 PM - 9 AM education:

High School Responsibilities Machine Set-Up & Operation:

Set up parts on grinding machines and follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Blueprint Reading:

Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine precise tolerances and dimensions for ground components.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished parts for quality compliance, troubleshoot grinder performance, and make necessary adjustments.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment and machining areas clean, safe, and orderly.

Documentation:

Ensure job process sheets (travelers) are signed, accurate, and completely up to date.
