Machine Operator / Plastic Grinder Operator Immediate Hiring | Plastics Recycling Facility Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Machine Operator (Grinder) to join our team at a plastics recycling facility. We receive and process post-industrial plastic scrap, grinding material for recycling and reuse. The ideal candidate has experience operating a forklift, is comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and is willing to learn and operate industrial grinding equipment. Warehouse experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus. We are looking to fill this position immediately! Responsibilities Operate industrial grinding equipment to process post-industrial plastic scrap. Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials. Receive, organize, and transport plastic scrap throughout the facility. Feed materials into grinders and monitor equipment during operation. Inspect processed material and help maintain product quality. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety procedures and operating instructions. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Forklift operating experience required. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating industrial machinery is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and moving materials as required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
