Responsibilities Execute precise machine setups and operate cut-to-length equipment to meet production schedules. Perform thorough inspections of raw feedstock and finished parts to guarantee adherence to quality specifications. Calibrate and verify the accuracy of measuring tools daily to maintain high precision in all outputs. Conduct routine machine maintenance and provide technical support to the maintenance team during equipment troubleshooting. Optimize workflow by staging materials efficiently and preparing feedstock for upcoming production runs. Mentor and train team members on machine operation protocols and best practices to foster a high-performance work environment. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating cut-to-length or similar industrial processing machinery. Proficiency in computer navigation for data entry, information retrieval, and documentation printing. Demonstrated ability to pass a comprehensive skills assessment covering industrial math, measurement accuracy, and problem-solving. Commitment to professional growth through participation in our structured apprenticeship and onboarding program. Preferred Skills Prior experience with CNC machine setup and configuration.
