Shift:
First (7:00am - 3:30pm, M-F)
Hourly Wage:
$24+ per hour based on experience
Bonus:
$1,000 at 30 days of employment

With 16 global facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a Utility Operator II to join our team. Utility Operator Job Summary As a Utility Operator II , you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Utility Operator II Set up and operate production equipment such as shears, radial arm saws, and custom machinery. Perform manual assembly and fabrication tasks using hand tools and machines, as necessary. Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality, quantity, and customer standards. Assist with troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on production machinery as needed. Requirements High School Diploma or GED with prior hands on, vocational or job-related course work/training, or any similar combination of education and experience. Experience with saws, shears, or similar equipment. Strong basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc.). Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs.
Preferred:
Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of GD&T. Work Environment Utility Operator This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to dust. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
