Paint Operator:
Multitask in a fast paced physically demanding environment Maintain a safe work environment Support 5S standards Perform process and line troubleshooting Ability to check paint thinkness utilizing a Delta Scope Ability to adjust flow graduation on spray guns Understand the difference between light spray, heavy spray, and splattering Other duties Requirements of the
Paint Operator:
Strong attention to detail Willingness to work overtime and weekends Must be shift flexible!
Experience preferred:
Manufacturing or Automitive but not required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and blueprints Ability to pass background and drugscreen
Work Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Paint Operator work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds as well as standing, bending and twisting. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots.
