Shear Operator Pay :

$20-23/hour (Rogers, MN)

Shear Operator Job Description:

The full-time position includes the following essential duties: Operating and setting up hydraulic shears Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prefer 3yrs experience operating a shear Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds Ability to read a tape measure Ability to convert decimals into fractions and vice versa Ability to differentiate metal types and thicknesses Must have strong communications skills Must be reliable and punctual Must be a team player Able to work overtime when necessary Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates Pass pre-hiring background checks and post-offer, pre-hire drug test

Shear Operator Shift Hours:

6am-2:30pm M-F + overtime + occasional Saturdays Join Us.
