Role Summary:

We are looking for a reliable individual to join our production crew at a metal fabrication shop in Rogers. In this capacity, you will focus on sanding, grinding, and refining metal components to ensure they adhere to our specific quality and aesthetic requirements.

Primary Duties:

Utilize various power and manual tools to sand, grind, and refine metal parts. Examine components for imperfections to guarantee that every surface aligns with our quality standards. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment for the entire team. Support general production activities and material handling tasks as required. Consistently adhere to all established quality and safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.

Requirements:

Prior background in fabrication, finishing, or grinding is a plus, though we are open to training motivated individuals. Demonstrate a high level of precision and a dedication to producing quality work. Capable of standing for long shifts and lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Maintain a dependable, safety-focused mindset with a strong desire to develop new skills.
