Machine Operator Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. -

Hannibal, MO Starting Pay:

$16.00/hour (for candidates with no prior relevant experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM (3 day weekend opportunities) About Us Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. is a family-owned, caring Christian company and a market leader in the manufacture of carbide-tipped and solid carbide cutting tools. Certified. Position Summary We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operator. No experience? That's okay — we'll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate! Responsibilities

Read tool prints and router sheets
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers
Perform machine set-ups
Mount and change grinding wheels
Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations (All duties are taught through on-the-job training — perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!) Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow Physical Requirements
Lift up to 40 lbs when transporting tool trays
Stand for 9-10 hours per day
Tolerate warm temperatures during summer months
Good corrected vision and hearing Pay & Advancement

Starting Pay:

$16.00/hour
