Machine Operator Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. -
Hannibal, MO Starting Pay:
$16.00/hour (for candidates with no prior relevant experience)Schedule:

Certified. Position Summary We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operator. No experience? That's okay — we'll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate! Responsibilities- Read tool prints and router sheets
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers
- Perform machine set-ups
- Mount and change grinding wheels
- Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations (All duties are taught through on-the-job training — perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!) Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs when transporting tool trays
- Stand for 9-10 hours per day
- Tolerate warm temperatures during summer months
- Good corrected vision and hearing Pay & Advancement
Starting Pay:
$16.00/hour- Three scheduled pay increases within the first year of employment
