Job Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Blanchard Grinder and G&L Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized grinding and machinery to square up parts. Your expertise will ensure precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process. Duties Operate Blanchard grinders and G&L machines to achieve specified dimensions and surface finishes on metal parts Set up and calibrate grinding and leveling equipment according to technical drawings and production specification Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts for quality, tolerances, and adherence to safety standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols during machine operation and material handling Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including tooling changes, adjustments, and troubleshooting equipment issues Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality Experience Proven experience operating grinding machines such as Blanchard grinders or similar surface grinding equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions Familiarity with CNC laser cutting, CNC programming, plasma cutting, stamping presses, CNC lathe, milling machines, and other manufacturing tools is a plus Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols during machine operation Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control Experience with metal fabrication processes including forming machines, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly is desirable Basic math skills for shop math calculations related to machining tolerances and measurements Join our team if you're passionate about precision manufacturing! Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
