Deburring Technician Job Summary:

PrideStaff is working with a local engineering and metal manufacturing facility that is seeking a Sr. Deburring Technician to join their team. The Sr. Deburing Technician will use a variety of tools to perform Finishing/Deburring work such as microscopes, grinders, tumblers, and hand/power tools while ensuring finished work meets quality standards. The ideal Sr. Deburring Technician has multiple years of hands-on Finishing and Deburring experience in a manufacturing environment, leading others and ensuring finished work meets high-quality standards while adhering to tight GD&T. The Sr. Deburring Technician is a full-time, direct-hire position in Newark, NY. Sr.

Deburring Technician Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Set-up, Program, & Select Tools For Each Job For Deburring/Finishing Deburr Parts For Aerospace Manifolds Read Blueprints & or Drawings to Guide Work Assist, Lead, & Train Others in Deburring of Complex Parts Verify Each Work Completed Meets Quality Standards Accurately Document & Record Work Completed Ensure Work Area is Maintained & Organized Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Sr.

Deburring Technician Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 2+ Years of Finishing/Deburring Experience Preferred Previous GD&T Knowledge Related to Finishing/Deburring Product Preferred Familiar With AS9100 Competencies as Defined by QL-7200 Training Matrix Must be Able to Use a Microscope to Visually Inspect Work Clear Blueprint & Document Interpretation Required Must Have Excellent Hand & Eye Coordination & Dexterity Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Leads With a Positive Attitude & a Willingness to go
