Key Responsibilities Operate EHRT multi-station punch machines and copper bus bar fabrication equipment. Create and edit machine programs using Fanuc controls and G-code. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Perform deburring, drilling, and tapping operations. Conduct material inspections and verify dimensions using calipers and micrometers. Follow policies, work instructions, and ISO quality standards. Support production needs across departments and participate in cross-training initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of machinist or metal fabrication experience preferred. Experience manufacturing precision metal products; copper bus bar experience is a plus. Computer skills and familiarity with inspection tools. Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and stooping.
