The parts you run here carry tight tolerances, and you will see the finished product on store shelves and at the range. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S and company safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or machining certificate preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading and using standard inspection tools. Familiarity with G-code programming and ability to make minor edits and offsets at the machine. Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, cutting tools, and basic machining principles. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on second shift.
