Job Duties Deburr and hand-finish machined parts

Bead blast, clean, and prepare parts for inspection and packaging

Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to identify defects or small imperfections

Operate basic shop equipment, including saws, tumblers, drill presses, and simple machine cycles

Follow travelers, basic drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Assist across multiple production functions as needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Previous machining, manufacturing assembly, or shipping/receiving experience

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.

Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.

Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.

Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.

Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Deburring Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.

Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 40 pounds when required.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
