We are looking for a bench jeweler with strong repair skills and finishing ability who wants to grow within a fast-paced shop environment. This position is ideal for someone early in their jewelry career who has good hands, solid fundamentals, and is looking to develop into a highly skilled jeweler over time. Pay based on experience, with clear growth opportunities based on skill development and production ability. Regular performance-based raises tied to skill progression. What You'll Be Doing Perform core jewelry repairs, including: Ring sizing Chain repair Soldering and assembly Finish and polish castings to a high standard Support completion of custom pieces Maintain consistent quality while working efficiently Learn and grow into more advanced bench skills over time
What We're Looking For Qualifications Required:
Basic bench jewelry experience (school, apprenticeship, or prior shop work) Ability to perform jewelry repairs (ring sizing, basic soldering, chain repair) Strong finishing and polishing skills or clear familiarity with finishing processes Good hand skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in a production environment Willingness to learn and improve Reliable, dependable, and able to stay productive throughout the workday Preferred (Not Required): Experience working with gold, platinum, and silver Exposure to a repair or production jewelry shop Basic stone setting (prong work, retipping, simple resets) Any fabrication or custom jewelry experience What Matters Most in This Role Work ethic and consistency Attention to detail Coachability and willingness to learn Ability to take feedback and improve We are willing to train the right person—but you must have a solid foundation and the right mindset.
