Entry level, full-time, permanent positions with benefits available. Wages start at $22.25 per hour + $1.00 per hour incentive pay if employee works all of their scheduled hours in a 2 week pay period. After completion of a 60 day probationary period, wages increase to $24.22+ $1.00 incentive pay. 100% paid individual healthcare, life insurance, sick & accident insurance and 401k ($1.70 per hour) once qualified. Daylight shift (6:30AM to 3:00PM) and 3rd shift (8:30PM to 5:00AM) positions. 3rd shift includes a pay differential of $.50 per hour. Candidates must be able to work either shift and overtime when necessary. Physical with drug screen required to be considered. Primary responsibilities include the following; setting- up sand molds on shop floor, pouring of molten metal into sand mold, ladle repair / refractory maintenance, shakeout of molds via jackhammering or use of heavy equipment, removal of castings from sand, cleaning up and recycling sand using heavy equipment, general housekeeping, and preparing area for next shift. Secondary responsibilities include using pneumatic hand tools for grinding of castings. Job Type;
