Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented -Saw, Plate Roll and Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating saws, press brakes, and other fabrication machinery to produce high-quality metal components. Your expertise in machine operation, measurement, and blueprint interpretation will ensure precision and efficiency in our fabrication processes. Duties Operate saws, press brakes, stamping presses, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and form metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications Set up and calibrate machinery including tooling and fixtures for optimal performance and accuracy Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math to determine dimensions and tolerances required for each project Perform precision measurements using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and standards in production Assist with machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Requirements Proven experience operating fabrication machinery such as press brakes, saws, stamping presses, Plate Rolls or similar equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Skilled in measuring techniques and using precision measurement instruments for quality control Familiarity with shop math, including basic calculations related to dimensions and tolerances Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and strict adherence to safety protocols Ability to set up machining tools efficiently and perform routine maintenance on equipment Experience with welding, plasma cutting, is a plus Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic computer skills related to CNC programming or machine operation software are advantageous Join our team if you're passionate about metal fabrication and eager to contribute your skills in a lively manufacturing environment.
