Full Job Description Job Summary:

Cleaning and Restoration Technician is mid-level position. If you are successful, you will be eligible to apply for higher level positions. Make extra money being on call on a rotation basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide detailed cleaning and restoration of customer's property (cleaning & repacking contents) Provide inventory sheets for pack outs as needed Preform production processes per work order per project manager's directions Ensure clear two-way communication with management and other cleaning technicians

• Leave jobsite with clean and orderly appearance
• Responsible for loading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Effective oral communication Detail oriented with attention to customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills Maintain orderly appearance while at work Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, able to withstand seasonal heat related working conditions
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to be part of our on-call rotation (5PM-8AM) for emergency jobs

• Drug Screen and background checks are required in accordance with local regulations.

Depends on Experience (Hourly Pay)
