We're looking for an outstanding Service Tech/Hybrid Driver with to join our Team at our Lovingston Plant. This position is a hybrid role requiring cross training in both Service and Fuel delivery. We're seeking someone who has a real passion for customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A class A or B CDL is required with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. This is a full-time, year-round role with amazing benefits. Requirements:

Utilize technical skills to conduct Service work, tank maintenance and other tasks. Ability to load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane & other fuel to and from specified destinations. Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures. Operates delivery truck in accordance with established safety procedures. Collaborate with Dispatcher to deliver exceptional Service work, and plan and follow routes and meet delivery schedules. Provide outstanding 'Tiger Way' customer service by supplying service information and answering questions. Completes required on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries and responses. Ensure truck and associated equipment are clean and in good working order. Outside of heating season, assists with plant maintenance and other tasks as needed. Qualifications and Experience Possess a CDL Class A or B License with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements Commitment to safety in all aspects of your work! Experience maneuvering in tight quarters and driving in snow, ice and other weather conditions Physically capable of heavy lifting, bending, squatting, climbing, carrying hoses/nozzles weighing up to 50 lbs Good driving record with no major convictions Able to communicate effectively verbally and in written correspondence with Dispatcher and customers Able to read and understand road signs, instructions, routes and other paperwork Displays a positive, "can-do" attitude and interacts well with others on a team Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR check.
