Duties of the cleaning technician include:

Removing smoke and/or soot from homes
Responding to emergency cleaning losses
Packing contents onsite for removal
Completing job scope and paperwork as needed Requirements of the cleaning technician:
Able to deal with customers.
Good communication skills
Able to lift 35 pounds.
Valid Washington state driver's license and good driving record.
Pass criminal background check.
Pass initial drug screening and random drug tests after employment.

Employer provides tools and training.
