Duties of the cleaning technician include:
- Removing smoke and/or soot from homes
- Responding to emergency cleaning losses
- Packing contents onsite for removal
- Completing job scope and paperwork as needed Requirements of the cleaning technician:
- Able to deal with customers.
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
- Valid Washington state driver's license and good driving record.
- Pass criminal background check.
- Pass initial drug screening and random drug tests after employment.
