We are searching for a Heat Technician to support operations at the Chesapeake VA facility.

Shift:

6:00am - 6:00pm and the schedule is 5 on, 5 off, 2 on, 2 off.

Pay Rate:

$19-$21/hr

Essential Functions of the job include (but are not limited to):

Monitoring all tanks which are required to be heated to a specified temperature per work orders.

Observe tanks to ensure dryness and will dry tanks when required

Ideal candidates will possess:

High school diploma or GED

Experience in an industrial environment

The availability to work a rotating overnight shift

Experience with tank maintenance and heating tanks

Strong organizational skills

Manual dexterity

Knowledge of hazardous material
