Full Job Description Location:
North Scottsdale, AZ (On-site) near Pima Rd & the 101
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Start Date:
Immediately At Fierce Forward, we make jewelry and gemstone home décor the same exact way, every single time, by following a precise, proven process. Every piece ships to a customer who's counting on it being as pictured on our website. Precision here isn't just a standard, it's how we take care of our customers, and each other. This role is for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from executing a procedure exactly right, and who takes quiet pride and care in producing consistent, error-free work, piece after piece, day after day. No prior jewelry-making experience is required. We train you on our exact process, step by step.
Please note:
This role requires signing a non-compete agreement. If you are currently making or selling jewelry, or have plans to do so, this role is not the right fit. Compensation + Bonuses Training Pay (Hourly): During the 2-week training, you'll be paid $20/hour while you learn our standards and processes. Production Pay (Piece Rate): After training, this role transitions to piece-rate pay. The more accurately and efficiently you execute the process, the more potential income you can earn. Most Precision Makers reach the mid-to-low $20s/hour equivalent within their first few months on piece rate, as speed and consistency build. Earnings vary based on speed, accuracy, and consistency, and typically grow as you gain experience with our processes.
Weekly Quality Bonus:
Earn a bonus each week based on your error rate. The fewer errors, the higher your bonus. Benefits Paid holidays Employee discount Paid time off: 5 paid days off after 12 months, increasing to 10 paid days off after 2 years Earned Paid Sick Time (earned per Arizona law) Who You Are You are: Highly coachable — you take direction, apply it exactly as given, and don't feel the need to put your own spin on it Detail-obsessed — you notice a half-millimeter off and it genuinely bothers you until it's fixed Process-driven — you'd rather run a system that already works than improvise your own approach Comfortable with quiet, independent work — heads-down, self-directed focus for hours at a stretch suits you well Reliable & steady — you show up, follow through, and take your commitments seriously You care — you care about creating every piece to the Fierce Forward standard whether or not anyone's looking. You take feedback seriously and care about your role, our mission, and the team Respectful — you respect your workspace, the components you work with, the standards & processes, and the entire team This role is a fit if your satisfaction comes from doing something the exact same way, over and over, and getting faster and more precise within that structure. It is not a fit if you're looking for room to interpret, improvise, or put a personal creative stamp on the work. This is a production role built on exact repeatability. We want to be crystal clear that this role is not for someone looking to be creative by changing things up, putting a new spin on a current process or creating new designs. What You'll Do Every day has the same rhythm, even as the specific pieces change: Build jewelry and gemstone home décor by following Fierce Forward's established, step-by-step process exactly as documented and trained Check your work against reference standards at every stage Catch and correct your own errors before work moves forward Keep your workspace organized so consistent, precise work is always possible Contribute to a culture built on respect, accountability, and follow-through Flag a better way if you spot one, then follow the established process unless and until it officially changes Qualifications Ability to learn an exact process quickly, follow it precisely, and hold yourself to a high standard You find satisfaction in caring about and following exact processes and procedures You find ease in knowing the exact expectations and following through on them Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy, self-directed work Genuine commitment to growing with the team. This is a long-term production role for someone who wants to build something with us
Pay:

00 per hour
Benefits:
Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): This is a full-time, in-office position 5 weekdays per week (8:00am-4:00pm) at our North Scottsdale location near Pima and the 101. This role also requires a non-compete agreement, meaning you cannot sell similar products or share what you learn with others. Please confirm you can commute to our location and that you will agree to sign the non-compete agreement. Do you currently sell, have sold, or plan to sell jewelry, crystals, or similar products? If yes, please tell us more. Which of the following best describes the way you work? Please select only one letter. A

I enjoy sharing ideas, flagging issues, and helping shape how processes work. Piece-rate pay means your first few weeks may pay less than your desired income while you're still building speed and increasing your skill. How do you feel about a pay structure where your income starts lower and grows as your skill does? When you're given a specific, correct way to complete a task, which best describes you? Please select only one letter. A
- I follow the process as given, even if I think there might be a better way — it's not my call to make. B
- I'll follow the process as given, but if I notice a real improvement, I'll mention it and wait for the go-ahead before changing anything. C
- If I see a better way to do it, I'll usually just do it that way.
