About the Role We're seeking a dependable, motivated, and creative Jewelry Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, hands-on environment and enjoys contributing both creatively and operationally to the development process. You'll support new product design and development. This is an in-person position based in our Orlando office. Key Responsibilities Research jewelry and fashion market trends to support new product concepts creation aligned with brand direction. Create on-trend jewelry product and packaging designs using CAD and AI tools. Contribute to the creation of visual assets including graphic design, digital photography, and image editing using Adobe Creative Suite. Perform prototype review and quality checks on samples (pre-production and top-of-production) and coordinate customer approvals. Maintain organized archives of physical and digital product samples. Participate in team meetings and provide support on creative tasks and administrative projects as needed. What You'll Bring A positive, courteous, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Qualifications Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree in fashion/design. Junior Level 1 - 0 to 1 year of experience and/or strong design portfolio; Junior Level 2 - 2 to 5 years of professional work experience in design, preferably jewelry design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital photography/editing. High level of proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator required. Knowledge of CAD (Rhino, MatrixGold, Jewelcad), 3D printing, and AI platforms is a plus. Structural engineering concepts for packaging design. Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing is a plus English fluency required
