The ideal candidate will have:

10+ years of professional woodworking finish experience Extensive experience working with conversion varnish, stains, and paints The ability to mix finishes and custom-match colors A strong eye for detail, consistency, and quality Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard in a custom shop environment This is a full-time position , and we are hiring immediately .
