TTC operates in a new, clean facility with modern technology. TTC offers highly competitive wages and benefits and is well-positioned for growth and opportunity. The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of two years' experience in building high precision gages and fixtures. The Builder position has the overall responsibility for the on-time completion and quality of the gages and fixtures built by TTC and is therefore a key position.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble/build each assigned fixture to meet or exceed customer quality requirements and TTC standards. Coordinate problems with the Design department.
• Plan for the assembly of the fixture by initiating work with other departments with adequate lead-time.
• Cut stock material for materials not being purchased.
• Coordinate with CMM as fixture nears completion and be available during the time fixture is being actively inspected.
• In a timely manner, address fit and tuning issues identified by CMM during the certification process.
• Ensure the fixture is complete and ready for shipment once all assembly has been completed and the fixture is certified by CMM.
• Support the overall work of the builder team and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

The standard work hour schedule is five ten-hour days (6:00am-4:30pm). TTC provides fully paid health insurance benefits plus a contribution to your HSA account.
