Competitive Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience
Great Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with only one Saturday per month (10 AM - 2 PM). Closed Sundays!

What You'll Do As our Bench Jeweler, you will perform high-quality repairs, restoration, and bench work while maintaining an organized and safe workstation. Perform fine jewelry repairs (including but not limited to): ring sizing, chain repair, precision soldering, prong rebuilding/retipping, head/shank replacement, and stone tightening. Stone setting, polishing, refinishing, and rhodium plating preparation. Complete quality inspections on all incoming and outgoing repairs to maintain our high standards. Assist with custom jewelry design, modifications, and project completion. Collaborate with our sales team on technical consultations when needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain clean, organized shop tools, equipment, and work areas.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of bench jeweler/jewelry repair experience preferred.
Core Skills:
Strong soldering, stone setting, polishing, and general repair techniques.
Craftsmanship:
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Mindset:
Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and team-oriented with a desire to continue growing your technical skillset. Laser welding, CAD, or custom manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are fully prepared to train the right candidate!
Schedule & Work Environment Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Saturdays:
Minimum of one Saturday per month (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
