Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jeweler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft, repair, and customize jewelry pieces with precision and artistic flair. Your expertise in measuring, fabrication, and finishing will ensure each piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of metal materials and advanced tools in a fast-paced, creative environment. Whether you're designing custom jewelry or restoring treasured pieces, your skills will shine through every project. Duties Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to guide jewelry fabrication and repair processes Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as plasma cutters and welding machines to shape, assemble, and finish jewelry components Measure dimensions accurately with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precise craftsmanship Fabricate jewelry pieces using techniques like TIG welding, MIG welding, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and FCAW in accordance with industry standards Read and interpret shop math for accurate calculations related to material quantities, dimensions, and fabrication procedures Assemble components meticulously to create finished jewelry pieces that meet design specifications Adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling metals to maintain a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments involving metal fabrication or welding Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Skilled in various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, FCAW, and SMAW, following American Welding Society (AWS) standards Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math for precise fabrication Familiarity with sheet metal work, plasma cutting, machining, and assembly processes relevant to jewelry making Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Knowledge of safety protocols related to metalworking environments and equipment operation Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all stages of fabrication and finishing processes Join us if you're passionate about transforming raw materials into stunning jewelry pieces!
