We are seeking a full-time Graduate Gemologist to join our team as the Custom Jewelry & Repairs Coordinator .

Key Responsibilities Orders & Repairs Management:

Facilitate and process jewelry special orders, custom design projects, and repairs. Work closely with our sales and design teams.

Estimates:

Accurately estimate costs for custom jewelry designs and repair work.

Diamond & Gemstone Procurement:

Source, inspect, and evaluate diamonds and other gemstones.

Vendor Relations:

Act as a liaison with vendors and suppliers via phone and e-mail.

Appraisals:

Compose detailed and accurate appraisals for Turgeon Raine pieces.

Daily Operations:

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the secure and elegant presentation of the showroom.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

GIA Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) diploma required .

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of fine jewelry, gemstone identification, precious metals, and repair techniques.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor coordination.

Experience:
