Location:

Tacoma, WA JD & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Custom Jewelry Order Processor with jewelry industry experience to join our team. This role coordinates custom jewelry orders and keeps clients informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Process custom jewelry orders accurately, including entering specifications and maintaining detailed records. Communicate with clients primarily by email, as well as by phone and text. Clarify order details, respond to questions, and provide updates on pricing, approvals, and production timelines. Coordinate with our CAD and production teams to ensure client requests are clearly understood. Track orders and follow up on outstanding information or approvals. Review order details for accuracy before moving jobs into production.

Requirements:

Previous jewelry industry experience is required. Strong typing skills and accurate data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear, professional emails. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple orders in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers, email, and order-tracking software.
