Someone who understands technicians, dispatching, automotive jobs, residential and commercial locksmith work, pricing, sales, customers, lead flow, scheduling, commission structures, and the pressure of managing multiple jobs at the same time. You may currently be a top locksmith technician, dispatcher, team leader, sales professional, operations manager, or manager working for another locksmith company. You already have the experience and the skills. What you may not have had yet is the right opportunity and platform to use those skills to build something bigger. That's what we're offering. The Opportunity Locksmith Services USA has an established locksmith operation in the Jacksonville market. We are looking for the right person to step into a major leadership position and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and growth of the company. You should be able to manage multiple technicians and jobs simultaneously, make decisions quickly, solve problems, maximize opportunities, and keep the operation moving throughout the day. Applicants must have significant professional experience in the locksmith industry.

You should already understand:

Automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services Managing multiple mobile locksmith technicians Dispatching and assigning jobs efficiently Technician territories and travel time Locksmith pricing and job values Commission-based technician structures Sales, upselling, and closing customers Handling estimates and follow-ups Customer service and complaint resolution Technician performance and accountability Managing multiple incoming jobs during busy periods Recruiting and developing strong technicians Building relationships with technicians and customers How a profitable mobile locksmith operation works If you do not have professional locksmith industry experience, this position is not the right fit. Compensation will include:
