We are NOT hiring entry-level technicians, and we DO NOT provide training. Applications from candidates without locksmith experience will not be considered. We are looking for a motivated, experienced locksmith technician who is also a strong salesperson. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum 6 months of hands-on locksmith experience (required) Must be able to perform locksmith services without supervision Strong sales and customer service skills Must have your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license and ability to work throughout the Jacksonville area Professional appearance and communication skills Must be dependable, honest, and punctual Comfortable working in the field and handling emergency service calls Schedule 6 days per week 10-hour shifts This is a full-time position. If you are not available to work this schedule, please do not apply. Pay 100% Commission Only There is no hourly pay or salary. Your income depends on your ability to provide quality service, sell effectively, and close jobs. If you are not confident in your sales ability, this position is probably not a good fit.
