Commission-based — estimated earning potential of $800-$3,000 per week We're seeking dependable, motivated mobile locksmith technicians to serve customers throughout the Kansas City metro area on both sides of the Missouri-Kansas state line. Experienced locksmiths are encouraged to apply. Applicants with limited experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Training assistance is available for the right candidates.

The work Service calls include:

Car lockouts. Car-key cutting, replacement, and programming. Residential and commercial lockouts. Rekeying, lock changes, installation, and repairs. Assignments will match your demonstrated skills and available equipment. You must be able to safely and independently complete any job you accept. Expect frequent driving, direct customer interaction, and clear communication with dispatch. Training and equipment assistance Suitable candidates may receive training assistance to develop or expand their locksmith skills. Available training, any costs, and the services you will initially be qualified to handle will be discussed before starting. Help sourcing or financing tools may also be available. Equipment costs, ownership, and repayment terms will be explained in advance. Vehicle, tools, and expenses You must have: Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance. A working smartphone for calls, messages, and navigation. Your own tools and equipment suitable for the assignments you accept. Contractors are responsible for their fuel, vehicle maintenance, tools, supplies, insurance, and other business expenses. Operating hours and availability Our business operates from 6:00 a.m. to midnight. Contractors provide their available days and hours and may accept or decline offered assignments. Evening and weekend availability is welcome. This is mobile, on-call work. Customer demand varies, and there may be gaps between assignments. Once you accept a job, dependable communication and professional completion are expected. Compensation Commission-based compensation with estimated earning potential of $800-$3,000 per week before taxes and expenses. Earnings depend on customer demand, availability, skills, and completed jobs. Beginners may have fewer eligible assignments while developing their skills. Earnings are not guaranteed and may fall below $800 per week. Compensation terms and any training-period arrangements will be explained before you begin. Contract opportunity This opening is intended for independent contractors.
