Description Looking for an Automotive Key Locksmith We are seeking a skilled automotive key locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in cutting and programming car keys, transponders, sales, smart keys, and fobs; handling vehicle lockouts and ignition repairs; and providing reliable mobile service. Will do on the job training for those highly motivated to work. Experience with dealer-grade programming tools, knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, and relevant certifications (such as ALOA CAL or

NASTF VSP

) are highly preferred. A valid driver's license, clean background, strong customer service skills, and willingness to work flexible or emergency hours are required. Probationary Expectations & Evaluation Throughout the 90 days the employee must maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, consistent sales effort, and strict adherence to safety and company policies. Performance is evaluated continuously and formally reviewed at approximately the 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day marks.

• Sales technique application and results
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
• Reliability and professional conduct If progress is satisfactory at the end of 90 days, the employee moves to regular status.

If additional development is needed, the probationary period may be extended or employment may be ended, depending on overall performance and business needs. Feedback is provided regularly so the employee always knows where they stand and what is required next. Support Provided The company supplies all necessary tools, equipment, training materials, sales scripts/guidelines, and supervised practice opportunities. The trainer remains available for questions, technical guidance, and sales coaching. Employees are encouraged to review notes daily and practice both technical and sales skills whenever possible under supervision. This structured 90-day on-the-job training program gives motivated individuals without prior experience a clear path to become competent automotive key locksmiths who can also effectively present and sell services while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service at Fast Key Solution LLC.
