2993020016-2 Apply for this job now Job Description TRIBUS is seeking a CNC Machinist to support our innovative real estate technology solutions with high-precision components. In this role, you'll program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce parts used in hardware integrations, custom fixtures, and prototypes. You'll read technical drawings, use precision measuring tools, and collaborate with engineers to refine designs and manufacturing processes. Working in a safety-focused, on-site environment, you'll help TRIBUS rapidly prototype and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions to brokerages across the U.S. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for TRIBUS hardware or related fixtures Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM outputs to ensure accuracy Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs as needed Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine part designs and manufacturing processes Document production runs, maintain quality records, and follow safety and compliance standards Optimize machining parameters for efficiency, tool life, and surface finish Assist in prototype development and small-batch production for new product initiatives Required Skills CNC machine setup and operation G-code programming and editing Blueprint and technical drawing reading CAD/CAM software use Precision measurement and inspection Knowledge of machining materials and tooling Fixture and jig setup Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Quality control and documentation Understanding of GD&T
