You will program and set up equipment to manufacture precision parts. During production, machinery must be monitored, and regular quality checks must be conducted to ensure that parts are being produced according to engineering specifications.

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:

Need to program CNC mills Need to set up CNC mills Need to produce quality prototype or production parts without supervision Need to Inspect parts using CMM and various manual inspection tools

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have strong background in all three of the following: CNCprogramming, set-up and operatin CNC mills. 2+ years experience as a CNC machinist Able to read and follow technical drawings FADAL control knowledge preferred Applicants must be proficient in MasterCam or other programming systems Must produce quality parts Must be able to use CMM and various manual inspection tools Should be self-motivated and well organized Must be proficient in English Full-time position, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation:

$45-60 per hour, based on experience
