- $100,000-$175,000 Base Salary + Equity + $1,500/Month Housing Subsidy + Relocation Assistance

As a CNC Machinist, you'll manufacture the critical components, prototypes, and fixtures that power next-generation technology. Your work won't disappear into a production line. + Take ownership of parts from drawing to final delivery.
+ Program and optimize CAM toolpaths to maximize efficiency and quality.
+ Machine challenging materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and exotic alloys.
+ Hold sub-thousandth tolerances while maintaining exceptional surface finishes.
+ Perform detailed inspections using advanced metrology equipment including CMMs.
+ Work directly with engineers to solve manufacturability challenges and improve designs.
+ Develop creative fixturing and machining strategies for one-of-a-kind parts.
+ Support advanced R D projects where no two days are the same.
- What We're Looking For
- + 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
+ Strong CAM programming experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX CAM, or similar).
+ Expertise with CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining.
+ Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
+ Experience holding extremely tight tolerances.
+ Strong metrology and inspection background.
+ Passion for craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.
+ Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

- This is a Permanent position based out of San Francisco, CA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 1.5k a month housing bonus if live or move close to San Francisco
