Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime Available Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment? We're looking for a skilled professional with strong setup and troubleshooting experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, working to tight tolerances, and taking ownership of quality from setup through production. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machining centers, mills, lathes, and drill presses. Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and offset modifications to ensure parts meet specifications. Complete first-piece setups for new products, including programming, tool setup, and process adjustments. Manufacture precision components while maintaining tolerances as close as ±.001" . Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements. Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining setup and operation experience. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or manual machining equipment. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Ability to independently perform machine setups and make offset adjustments. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must meet U.S. export compliance requirements (ITAR eligibility).
