Purpose:

Maintain and repair of Millroom or other production equipment including saws, CNC routers and other industrial machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and Repair Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and other components of industrial equipment and machinery. Perform Preventative and Predictive Maintenance to minimize production downtime and failures Organize and Maintain inventory of critical spares and replacement parts in a designated storage area Installation and repair of lift tables and accessories Troubleshoot and repair cooperatively with electricians PLC s in lamination rooms Review and Diagnose failures using blueprints and schematics Work cooperatively with group leaders to improve machinery reliability and uptime Troubleshoot and Repair electrical and PLC low voltage wiring/controls Working in collaboration with other departments to restore production or secure planned downtime Other duties as assigned by the supervisors or managers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
