Responsibilities:

Set up and operate engine lathes, boring mills, and other manual machine tools Utilize your CNC knowledge to assist with automated machining tasks when needed Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings Perform precision machining on critical components with tight tolerances Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace

Experience:

1-2 years of CNC machining experience (in addition to manual machining) Confidence in setting up and running manual machine tools Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship A team-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

The work environment includes regular exposure to: Moving mechanical parts Loud noise from machine tools Occasional exposure to heat, dust, metal particles, and cutting fluids Standard safety procedures, PPE, and equipment are provided and required

Physical Requirements:
