Job Description
Job responsibilities: Mounts and connects engines, motors, pumps, steering gears, and ventilation systems. Aligns propulsion systems and lay out passage holes on bulkheads and decks for shafts and piping. Inspects and tests equipment during dock and sea trials. Uses machine tools like lathes and boring mills or fabricate replacement parts.
