Repair Technician
- 2nd Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Repair Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing production equipment, including sewing machines and ultrasonic welders.
This role involves conducting preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and regreasing equipment, replacing blades, and calibrating machines. You will need to gown up to enter the clean room to service equipment. Responsibilities Repair and maintain production equipment, including sewing machines and ultrasonic welders. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning out old grease and regreasing equipment. Replace blades on sewing machines. Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Enter and work in the clean room to service equipment, following proper gowning procedures. Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly. Essential Skills Proficiency in repair, assembly, and troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools. Experience with blueprint reading and mechanical operations. Ability to work in a clean room environment. Skill in calibration of equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to investigate, identify root causes, and take corrective action effectively. Strong documentation skills. Why Work Here?
