About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production facility by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in CNC tooling and machine operation to drive manufacturing excellence and ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC equipment to execute complex machining tasks with high precision. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to guide production workflows. Optimize machine performance by performing proactive adjustments and routine troubleshooting. Validate component integrity using advanced hand metrology tools like calipers and micrometers. Execute CNC machine setup and changeover processes to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Maintain a secure and organized workspace, adhering to all industrial safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine manufacturing processes and boost operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a production environment. Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting geometric dimensions. Expertise in precision measurement and quality verification. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain equipment uptime. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in machining or related manufacturing fields. Experience with multi-axis machining centers (3-5 axis) and horizontal machining. Familiarity with industrial robotics and automated manufacturing systems. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
